This is not the subway that you want to go to. I went into the subway and I was immediately greeted by the smell of dead mice. I... asked the person working behind the counter what was that smell. She stated that it was mice but they were out back. The smellwas so strong inside the store I don't even believe that for one minute. You need to stay away from thisfrom this Subwayrestaurant until they fix whatever rodent problem they have and smell problem they have. Read more
I came on for some cookies around 11:41 am. Even though the website stated it opened at 10. She said she did not have time to... make cookies and that she will do them in the afternoon. The sub itself was not bad but the employees were trying to cheat us. We asked them for three water cups and they said that they... did not have cups for water and they gave us drink cups. They did not tell us that these cups cost money. We filled up the drinkcups with water. Then, we looked at the receipt and we saw a charge for 6.00 dollars for water cups. We spoke with the managerand after a long conversation, we got our refund, but we had nothing to drink. A suggestion is to keep water cups at the front.There is a grocery store (Shoppers) next door. I had a really bad experience with the two employees there last night. They didn't want to accept my coupons "Get ANY footlong... for $5.99". They were rude and giggled while speaking Spanish to one another. They always looked like they were not happy tosee their customers after 7pm in the past, but this time, they were way out of line, no wonder this Subway location has very fewcustomers. We have options with multiple Subway in the area. I refuse to be treated this way and will not come back to thislocation. Go elsewhere if you don't want to be treated poorly.
