This was a horrible experience. They were robots not caring or communicating effectively. The bathrooms were disgusting and went... out of my ti go to this one and not the one near my house. Told the staff when arriving that the woman?s bathroom was occupiedbut needed to wash grease off hands and use it. They did not care but when the woman?s bathroom was available I used it andthere was no toilet paper or towels nothing!!! I lifted up and went to staff and told them and they did jot get any toiletriespaper instead kept helping other customers. I spoke to more than one female staff Then I just decided to refund my money sincethey told me they was too busy to do anything about it This is sad what our country has turned into People whom are jot fromhere do not care or speak the language and have no respect for anyone outside their own race. If it was there child ther familyor someone who spoke their language they would have moved and gotten it done (from experience) seem this at a lot ofestablishments Very disappointed and will not be going to that location anymore I have worked a lot of customer service jobsand what a way to start a day. Why is all of their staff also Spanish. They need to hire a variety of people and ethnicbackgrounds I even told the lady my son was waiting in the car for his donut? Drive thru customer service was the WORST. She was in such a mad mood. Had a horrible attitude. Very rude. The manager there... at the time didn't take the appropriate measures to pull her off the drive through window...... crazy entitlement. Read more
The service have to be more professional..dont leave people waiting a lot. Just ask and say I'll be back a second with you..but... they ignore the Costumer all time.. no good store. No good personal workers.. we prefer go to seven elevent for coffe .. Read more
I ordered specifically 1 box of glazed munchies and 1 box of chocolate glazed munchies but they gave me lots of chocolates glaze... and just a few of glazed donuts. First I was so disappointed but then when I talked to Lila who's so nice offered to replacethem. That's a very good customer service!! Read more

I like this place. Fast service and on point. They have restrooms ???? and it was clean.
Every time I visit this Dunkin there is something wrong with my order especially since their best employee who used to make sure... everything was right and was fresh and hot is no longer there....but it's getting really annoying because I'm spending a fairamount of money but I'm getting poor quality service and product / food. And it's a waste of time to go back and go insidebecause one of the young ladies that supposed to be a supervisor has a horrible attitude I think I'll just have to go to adifferent one from now on despite the convenience of it being right up the street from my home. Got coffee, donuts and hashbrowns. Coffe taste was horrible and probably wont getting it again. Employees took a while to take... my order and they were so loud. I hate self check out screens as if i dont have anything better to do. Read more
