Horrible service. The servers completely ignored Our presence and attended to other customers and their orders. When I brought... it to their attention they gave the excuse they were understaffed And the guy I spoke with said he was not responsible for theice cream counter and would have to wait for his associate to attend to us. I went to the Wisteria location and asked if there were peanuts in the Rocky Road ice cream. I wanted to buy it for my son and... explained to the cashier that I wanted to know because my son has peanut allergies. The cashier was very rude and said ?I don?tknow.? I asked her if she could find out for me and she replied ?You can go on Dunkin Donuts online and find out for yourself ?I told her that the ingredients are labeled in front of the flavors and if she could go check for me. She rudely said?No! Goonline and look for yourself!? If you work in customer service, you need to know your products and by law you need to know forallergy purposes. Will not come here again. So I started this drive-thru line a young, hopeful, and ice-cream hungry girl. I left a haggard old woman with the time it took... for them to take my order. I don?t know if they employ actual sloths or if the company training video is modeled after them, butthis is the third time I have visited and each time it has taken over ten minutes to get through. Why, you ask, have I gonethere three times? The definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly but expecting a different result. Maybe I?minsane, or maybe my naïveté was desperately hoping that the drive thru would take less time than your average oil change.Maybe one day I will return with the hope of getting a delicious and less-expensive Starbucks-esque drink, but for now, heed thewarning of an old haggard woman who has been disappointed too many times and go elsewhere. If you are thinking of coming to this location within 30 minutes of closing, don?t even waste your time. This location clearly... does not abide by its posted hours. This is my third time getting turned away during their posted open hours. Read more
