After paying for a mcdouble and two large drinks, they didn't have iced tea. The worker told me to pick something else out... because they were out of iced tea. Didn't offer to refund my money back because I do not do sugars or pop. Read more
Fast drive thru. Chicken sandwich was fresh and hot. Cheese burger could have been warmer.
Gering McDonald's can be hit or miss, but I think it all comes down to who is working any given shift. I can't say as I've ever... really had a terrible experience there at all. Tonight was zero trouble at all! Read more
Depressing. Quarter pounder was under cooked. Service was slow for dining in. No one waiting in line. Two gentlemen had their... own fly swatters. 1. Must be regulars if you know to bring your own fly swatters. 2. Is the health department aware of the flyissue? Just saying. Only one stall in the men's restroom and some guy was in there for over 30 minutes. Hope the guy is ok.Ended up using the restroom at the park across the street before getting back on the road. Won't be stopping here again. Read more
If I could give any more of a negative review as the police report filed for the threats and complete attack by 7 employees I... would. I'm not going to apologize for asking for the complete order that i paid for. Or for wanting to speak with the managerbecause of how i was treated for asking for my full order which i did so politely. I will NEVER spend not one single penny thatI work for to support such disgusting behavior by not only crew employees but also the manager. The owner of this establishmentshould absolutely be ashamed of how it's being ran and how terrible their customers are being treated. Shame on you all!!!! Read more

Then when get to the window they have an attitude with me and say some not nice things. I demand my money back after they ignoremy request for corporate number. They give me my money back finally. Prepare to meet the future! After weeks of the remodel I stopped in to see what was new. Well, a lot is new. In particular,... you now order at a computer kiosk via touch screen. You grab a tent with a number on it and your food is magically delivered. Anice young man greeted me and walked me through how to order at the kiosk. It will only take one time before you?re good togo. You can still order the old fashioned way...for now. Read more
Card machine was down but the staff all were still smiling and providing good customer service. It had to be a rough day but you... couldn't tell by talking to them. Food was fresh and hot. Much prefer this McDonald's over the one on the other side of theriver. Read more
