Wonderful restaurant with great staff and excellent food!! We?ve been here a couple times now and it has quickly become a... favorite since our first visit back in August. The first time I tried it I went back the very next day with some family membersjust to have it again!! We?ve all loved it. We?ve tried multiple dishes, but the duck is just spectacular. I?ve had the pleasureof having both Will and Paul as our servers, both very kind, friendly, and also knowledgeable about the food that they serve.It?s a very nice restaurant without feeling pretentious either. Enjoyed lunch with a larger group of friends on a Friday. Facility is lovely with a full bar and a separate dining room, plus a... private room you may reserve for special events. See pics. We enjoyed good service, and they provide delicious complimentaryrolls. My shrimp enchiladas were delicious, as well as my chocolate torte and coffee. Others enjoyed a 10 ounce bacon wrappedfilet, and a New York steak. Everyone enjoyed their meal and they were expertly prepared and presented. It was our first time dining at Wildfire. Our server was fantastic, very friendly and offered great suggestions. We all tried a... little of everything, chicken fried steak, seafood pasta, catfish and the special of the day, red fish. BUT the real star of theshow was the dessert. The chocolate cake and peach cobbler was some of the best I?ve ever had. The margarita?s are great too,the bartenders don?t hold back. Looking forward to going back and trying something different! I would easily give Wildfire 5 stars if it weren?t for the lack of seasoning on my chicken fried steak. I think it may have... been a one off. Texture was great and all the sides were properly seasoned. Atmosphere, waitstaff and drinks are 10/10. Hubbyhad the duck and has not stopped raving about it. Came into town and wanted to check this little gem out. When we first came in. I noticed how unique and cozy this place felt.... The art work in the bar area was truly amazing. That is if you are into art. I am ???? our server was bubbly and informative onthe dishes I was inquiring about. Everyone seemed to work well with each other. They were all polite and helpful. Truly a losttrait nowadays. I ordered Ahi tuna and my husband ordered a steak. Our food was good and it had that smokey taste to it. Whichgave it an usual unique taste. The fesh flowers added a nice touch to this rustic feel. Overall the atmosphere, food and decorwas pleasant. I would recommend a stop at this quaint place. Read more
We came here for lunch based on a friend's recommendations. And we absolutely loved this place. We liked the design, the... ambience and all the little details. For example, they even have FRESH flower bouquets and aroma candles in the bathroom! Theservice was outstanding. We were treated with the most care and our waiter was very thoughtful. Such a gem for Georgetown! Business dinner for our group - handled well and with finesse! The food is really good - we tried a... lot of things but it is primarily a steak house - so all the steaks we tried were great! The venison was phenomenal and the duckwas also very good! The appetizers were brought out quick and we're done to perfection - I would recommend the calamari (I knowboring but crispy and delicious), the artichokes and the polenta wedges!
