Going through the drive-thru was a painful experience. First, the lady struggled to understand what I was saying. She was also... rude and snappy. Eventually I had to drive around to window and clarify my order to someone else. It took a long time to get myfood. I wanted to order more with a car full of hungry kids, but the experience was so bad that I just left with a few itemsand drove somewhere else to get them lunch. Read more
Wendy's is ok in a pinch. Their burgers are typical fast food burgers and nothing to write home about. Frankly, for the 23.00+... dollars we spent there for two burgers W / fries & two drinks, we could have gone to a better place. Unfortunately, we werewaiting for a couple of tires to be mounted at Discount Tire and Wendy's was right next door. I think next time we'll bring someemergency snacks and wait for a better place to eat. Read more
The last two times my order has been wrong and/or there were missing items. Food tasted good, but not worth the price. Trying... to call the restaurant will get you nowhere. They either let it ring, or they pick up and place you on hold. I was once onhold almost 10 minutes. I only gave 2 stars since the food is decent, otherwise, it would be a 1 star review. Read more

Maria smile made my morning 100 times better. I was already running late and hungry she made me want to come back to this... location everytime I am headed to SanAntonio. My wife ordered drive-thru with the app. Was told at the drive-thru to pick it up in the lobby. There was no order there. She... called and was told it was ready. Was told again at the drive-thru to come to the lobby. My wife called again and was told itwould be brought out. It never was. Read more
