The two women working there didn't seem to care if you were there or not to place an order. Got backed up to like 5 people. The... guy in front of me bailed because you stopped taking cash as tender????? It cost you a % to accept plastic. Some people don'thave plastic. I don't understand unless you can't trust your employees to count money? If it's a Covid thing you're a little toolate, you should have started that several years ago. The staff are so unprofessional and rude. I went to pick up my order for lunch and waited a long time for curbside that never... came. So, I went inside and picked it up myself. No big deal. I filled my drinks and checked my order and saw they gave mejalapeño chips instead of the ones I asked for, so I just switched them out. I get to my car and an employee comes running tomy car and told me that I was stealing and needed to return the chips. Never even asked to see my receipt! I told him that hegave me the wrong chips so I swapped them out and showed him my receipt. He was so rude and unprofessional! Additionally, theygot all three sandwiches wrong. Read more
Called in at 10:55am on a Saturday to get my to go order started. The phone rings and rings. No one picking up. I have my... grandbabies in the car and need to be able to pick up my order quickly. I pull up and there are no customers. My phone is stillringing when I walk in. I can hear their phone in the back room. One girl standing with a clipboard in the back talking tosomeone on her personal phone. I asked her if they answer their phone. She said sometimes they don't if they are busy. I saidthere's no one in here. She said she was on the phone. I said on your personal phone? She said she was on the phone with herboss. The place is clean compared to most places post covid, but it took literally fifteen minutes for my sandwich to be made. I was... the only one in the store... The old guy up front even made it wrong in that time and it had to be fixed by a normal speed ladythat work there. Avoid at all costs, first off its subway the worst sandwich place in town, but for them to also be thisslow...go anywhere else life is too short to support awful businesses. Read more
