Shoutout to Abby at the University Commons location in Round Rock! I placed a large order for a group of kids attending a youth... conference near there. I picked up the food, got back to the conference, and realized that we were missing 2 Caniac Combos and aBox Combo. Due to the circumstance of being at a conference, I couldn?t go back to pick up the missing food. And, it would havebeen very difficult to connect with a delivery driver. I called Canes and spoke with Abby. Not only was she very courteous andapologetic about the mistake, but she refunded the ENTIRE order! Way to go Cane?s! That?s good customer service. Canes has THE BEST CHICKEN in town. The sauce is to die for. Not many menu options but they have perfected what they do offer. I... swing by this location a few times a month on my way home and the team is always friendly and the food is always hot anddelicious. The sweet tea is pretty bangin as well.
