Ordered grilled shrimp spring rolls and pho with rare steak/meatballs. Grilled shrimp spring rolls flavor was on point. Got... shrimp in every bite. Shrimp was grilled and seasoned well. ~$8 best item we ordered. ~$14 Pho was not up to expectations.Noodles were over cooked and broke apart when picking up with chopsticks. Rare beef was thick and stuck together. Bean sproutswere kind of mushy and not very fresh. I had to pick out the bad ones and break off the nasty bits. Flavor of the broth issweeter than my preference for pho. Pho was in their restaurant name so I thought it would be mainly Vietnamese food. They hada lot of different asian cuisines such as poke, pad thai, pho, and egg noodle soup. I'm not fond of restaurants like this as itseems that they don't specialize in one cuisine/dish but appeal to a wider audience to gain customers instead. If you like a onestop shop, this place is for you. Read more

Ordered the hot and sour soup, and grilled chicken on rice. The soup had too much cornstarch or something else. It was some... weird consistency. The chicken dish was ok. Thought it was grilled lemongrass chicken but it wasn't. Read more

I have been waiting for this place to open in Georgetown since March 2022. I visited them the week they opened and yesterday... 11/3/2022. I was very pleased with the service and quality of the food. They are very understaffed but the waitresses and thekitchen handled it very well, friendly, pleasant, and personable. They even sell beer and wine. I love the spicy Tuna Poke bowl.I got this both times that I visited once to go and once for dine-in both were great. I also observed many customers coming andgoing, everyone seemed happy. The food was coming out very quickly. Nice quiet and clean dining room. They have 2 large TVs onthe wall and a nice variety of seating (tables, booths, and bar stools looking outside. Please visit them and be patient. Wewant and need them to stay in Georgetown! Read more

The food and drinks were amazing!! everything came out super fast after ordering. I do think they are very understaffed because... it took a little while for them to greet us and they forgot our soup, but the quality of the food and service otherwise was wellworth the little mishap. I got the Signature Poke bowl + added spicy mayo and my partner got #88 (crispy egg noodles withchicken). We also got a coffee and a matcha milk tea and they were delicious! Not too sweet and not too bitter. We ended upgetting our hot and sour soup to go & this was also very yummy. Read more

We went for the first time last weekend, and it will not be the last time! Pho MPH are new to Georgetown. They are still... figuring things out. We went on Sunday and there was a wait, then several other workers showed up. We met the owner and greetedthem to Georgetown. We have a best friend from Vietnam who has a food business and since I tasted her Pho, I haven't eaten itat a restaurant (ok, maybe a few). So Pho is not usually the first thing we try. It took 15 minute to get drinks and menus, then another 10 to give our order. The food did come out quick enough. My son and I had chicken bun. The chicken is grilledand in a sauce. It was perfect. The bun had all of the usual ingredients including rise noodles, carrots, cilantro, etc. Thelady had a tofu and noodle dish with a side of rice. It was spicy enough and delicious. Our plates were clean. The portionswere a bit smaller that is typically served in the Georgetown / Round Rock area. Nevertheless, the people were pleasant, thefood was yummy and they are close by. PhoMPH ! Update: Ate again Sept 21, 2022. Great food. Great service. Saw good friends.Upgraded rating from 4 to 5. Read more

I got a tofu sandwich and a lemongrass tofu dish. Tofu sandwich: 5/10 first impressions was the bread was so chewy (few like old... not so fresh bread) , fried tofu pieces were bland, even though I asked for some chili or sauce on the side but they didn?t giveme anything at all.. I few like they could have sprinkled some salt or put some soy sauce or something. Eating vegetarian /vegandoesn?t mean we like its just bland lol. Toppings are fine nothing so special.. I had to use the tofu lemongrass sauce todrizzle some on my bread lol Lemongrass tofu: 8/10 different from what I normally eat. They use onion in this dish. GenerallyI would rate 2/5 but I know it?s a new business and would like to give them my opinion to make it better, so I?ll give 4/5.Maybe will give them another try in the future maybe not.. Run, don?t walk, to Pho MPH! We stopped in today during their soft opening, and they exceeded our expectations by miles. Service... was friendly, and very prompt! The food, oh my word, the food? everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly hot. We willmost definitely be regulars here! We ordered Crab Wontons and Fried Calamari for an appetizer, and the sweet woman told us theWontons were on the house due to the soft opening. What a nice surprise! For our main we shared a bowl of seafood pho which blewus away. Portion sizes are more than generous and there is no lack of flavor. Read more
