Ordered through the app got here waited in drive through line for 10 minutes and then had to sit in the reserve spot for another... 15 minutes. For 3 drinks!!! Won?t be coming back to to this location. Poor customer service. On top of that one of the drinkswere 3/4 full. Read more
The manager yesterday refused to let me take my Doordash order because I had cancelled the previous one, as it was in a... different city far away. She told me that I?m not allowed to do so, which is absolutely untrue. I do not work for McDonald?s. Ido not answer to McDonald?s. I drive for Doordash, and they allow me to refuse orders for any reason that I see fit. I had tocall my dispatching office and have them call her to tell her to release the food to me. By this time, they had given the orderto another Dasher. Because of this, I contacted my dispatcher and had them permanently remove all McDonald?s locations from mydeliveries. They always have the lobby closed and aren't very helpful to door dashers. They let certain customers in and then lock the door.... I literally just needed to pick up an order and had waited in drive thru line but saw two people go in. I decided to try to goin but the door was locked. A worker noticed me and told someone else who just decided not to come to the door. I understandeveryone is short staffed but to be dismissed completely is absolutely rude. Read more
Doors to lobby were locked during open hours. The app allowed us to order frappes only to be told at the drive thru speaker that... they can't do them. Ended up going to the Austin Ave location and they were awesome. Will go out of my way to avoid thisMcDonald's location. Read more
This is a hit and miss Mc Donalds. Most the time it's hard to get served if you go in. They walk by and prefer you order off the... computer board in the lobby. But there are times when I go in and my orders are ready. I prefer McDonalds on Austen and Williamsdrive friendly service and less wait time. Williams and DBWoods. I just went to this MacDonald s on Williams Dr, in Georgetown tx, and as usual they mess up my order. This time I only got... half of what I ordered, I tried calling them but phones are bussy / disconnected and I'm wondering if its because the numberof people calling in about mess up orders. I personally don't recommend going through the drive thru at all if you do don'tforget to check your order, if you don't you will regret it. 80 % of the time that I come by my order is missingsomething. ***DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND *** I would try to avoid as much as possible although sometimes you just don't havea choice. I suspect this restaurant of stealing my credit card information. I got a notice from my bank at the moment my credit info was... being used at this restaurant. When I asked them to provide the video evidence they refused. I have the exact time and theterminal number where the fraud took place. The only reason they would refuse to help me is if they themselves are guilty. I'vefiled a police report and will not forget about the criminals who work here. If you value your money and financial info youwon't eat here, unless you are paying with cash. CRIMINALS! eat somewhere else. There is a Whatta Burger next door.
