Went to lunch here today with my husband.i had fried oyters for appetizers. They were amazing. Very light batter.great... flavor.husband had fried catfish with sweet potatoe fries. All amazing. I had boiled shrimp wit garlic lovers butter sauce andseasoning. I added 2 boiled eggs. Oh my gosh I love this seasoning. I even dipped the fries in it. Had the bigness are amazingas well. I am very picky about food so let me say this is not going to disappoint. Will go back again soon. Read more

We stopped there on our way to San Antonio from Dallas. Service was great. Everyone was so nice. My husband and I loved the... fries and the pickles. Fish needed a little bit more frying. Snow crab legs ..it was hard to get the meat out, Not hard enough.Taste was good. Read more
My wife had a shrimp basket and fries that she enjoyed. I had the catfish basket and hush puppies. Three of my pieces of fish... had water running out when I cut into them. I mentioned this to our hard working server and she said she would tell thecook. The nautical decor was limited to a fishnet and some small lures and /or plastic fish hanging from the netting. What a find!! Hidden literally in a small spot of a strip mall with a task to park is this great restaurant! Owners son visited... and explained father worked In restaurants in south La & mother peeled shrimp & shucked oysters in south La. The fish werefried perfectly. The shrimp also were delish. We happened upon Louisiana Crab Shack by accident and were so glad we did. The kids enjoyed their shrimp/catfish baskets, and... our Poboys were delicious, with everything lightly battered/fried. Portions were also generous and prices very reasonable. Eventhe hush puppies were awesome and we finished off the meal with light and fluffy beignets, which were perfectly done. The staffwere friendly and attentive as well. Will definitely be back soon. Read more
