I hate to post this because we?ve been loyal customers since you opened and we?ll probably come back, but what is going on Hat... Creek? We just went through the drive through and got home to unappetizing food. The burger bun was burned.$2.69 for fries thatwere cold, hard and tasted stale. Could hardly eat them. We requested shredded cheese on the hotdog and got ripped up slices ofcheese and part of the bun was missing. This is what the hotdog looked like right out of the bag. Food quality was great, service was also great... the location, sitting area and rest of the restaurant including drink area... could use some work. Maybe a good take-out, or in our case a pet-friendly environment ... so was good after a walk in thepark. (or perhaps try another location).. still def worth coming by. They have three types of sauces and all three are good Itried their limited time Hatwurst and it was great, definetely one youdont want to miss. We also tried the Big Hat combo andthis also was great... fries and tots were good (apparently the tots are a big deal here), met the hype. Chicken sandwich andnuggets also looked good, well have to try them next time... but the place gave off a Cane's quality chicken vibe/smell... sodefinitely will try next time. Read more

We went through the drive thru and order burgers, chicken and fries. My husband's bun was burned and after asking for fry sauce... multiple time still came home with none.... I called and spoke with Noah who told be he would do "coaching" but did not offer asolution. I asked if I could send the photo of burned bun he said he didn't have a way to get an email. Incredibly disappointed with my recent visit. Spent $25 on very mediocre burgers to-go. We got the fredrickburger combo with a... kids size shake and a double turkey burger. We live barely a mile down the road, once we got home we noticed how lazily throwntogether our food was, and our food was barely warm. The fredricksburger was not fresh, barely any sauerkraut was on it, whatwas on there tasted old, the French fries were soggy(greasy, couldn?t finish them) and the shake came in a tiny 6 ounce cup. Theshake was watered down and tasted like straight syrup, I was charged an extra $1.50 for the shake on top of the combo price. Theturkey burger was crumbly, falling apart, it looked smooshed together.. I?ve never had this type of experience when i dined inat this location. Excellent food, the burgers are fantastic. Big, safe play area for the kids. Young staff are a little uber-ebullient, but... service is great. I highly recommend it for dining in. Drive-thru was quick! Cost is moderate, expect to spend between $8-$12for adult burger combos, but worth it. Fries are great. Read more

Absolutely lovely place for dinner! Exceptionally friendly staff with clean tables. The food eas yummy especially the sauces. We... loved the enclosed area for kids to play and parents to relax and eat. Right next to the Blue Hole which you can walk down tofrom here and its beautiful and calming. Read more

Basic burger place. Had the Cowboy Hat, double burger with cheese. With fries. It was good but no big deal. Also ordered the... loaded tots that has cheese and bacon. Skip the tots altogether. Not worth the price and the taste was no big deal. Hat Creekcan be better. Place is clean and staff friendly. Read more
