Domino?s was my favorite pizza place growing up in Georgetown, now days the quality and care that used to go into making my... order is gone. Always hair in my pizza . Just got my pizza after waiting 30 minutes for a 12 inch pizza, it tastes funny andisnt fresh at all. Ordered another pizza lat night with bacon and pepperoni and extra cheese it showed up cold with only cheeseand bacon and they couldnt even knock on my door?.. scared to even do there own job. The oriental lady who answers the phone is hard to understand and she cant do her job right. My kids were starving at the... hospital here in Georgetown. She claimed they didn't deliver to the address to the hospital. Upon leaving. I saw a delivery ofDominoes. Find someone who can do their job right! I call on 10/1/22 I placed my order. He said it would be ready in 15/20 minutes. Got in my car to pick it up. I was told he... didn't have a pizza for me. When I called in and gave him my order he didn't even ask my name.I went home empty handed. Disappointed I loved this location (2 blocks) from home, pizza was good the service was good. We love our hometown dominos. I have ordered from this location about twice a month for years. Sometimes the app gives me a... problem but this store and staff is always prompt to remedy the issue. Top tier customer service and quality pizza. I amgrateful for this location! Read more
This store was having some serious issues this evening. Lots of people working but nobody had a clue as to what was going on. I... ordered online and was notified that my order was ready at 7:29. It was not even ready for the oven. There were about 20 pizzason the shelves waiting for...beats me. None of the employees were on the same page...general chaos and confusion. Manager cameout once and then disappeared. Somebody needed to give the workers some direction. Pizza was delicious but trying to get itkinda ruined it for me. Somebody help these folks! Read more
Iv tried 3 times now ordering the same thing and this store is a constant let down. I always order the same thing small bread... bites and 3 topping pizza with extra pepperoni the first order the bread bites had no seasoning on them it was just chunks ofbread.
