This place needs to understand what false advertising is, because they are about to...It's not right. I was just there, and... ordered exactly what was on the menu, the "FROSTED STRAWBERRY TOASTER TREAT" in a waffle bowl. She told me they don't carrythose, so instead she put one scoop in the smallest cup, no waffle or explanation. This was after i took the order home and sawwhat she gave me, then i returned. Then i handed it back to her and told her i want what is advertised on your drive throughmenu, she handed it back to me in a cone. So ridiculious honestly. Corporate will be hearing from me too. It was simple, justtell the truth, and i could have ordered something else. But, i wanted that ice cream. It's just the principle of business.Operate correctly.. I pulled up to this location tonight at 9:40pm the sign (picture included) said they knew I was there and to please try not to... get their attention. I waited about 15 minutes but since they were closing soon, I drove up to the window. The guy workinglooked at me and walked away. I drove around to the front door just to see if I could get a confirmation if I should drive backthru the drive up window. The speaker had kept clicking and I wondered if the tech was broken. Two different employees both madeeye contact but wouldn?t say anything or motion to me at all. I thought that was pretty rude since I had been patiently waiting.I decided I?d take some pictures and leave a review so that others would know not to come after 9 since the staff is just goingto ignore you. When I drove around to take a picture of the sign on the speaker board the employee came on the speaker and said,?we are closed, get out of here, Karen? which I thought was particularly rude and unhelpful (but proof their tech does indeedwork). When I drove around to the window to take a picture, both employees met me there. One of them was filming me while theother asked me what I wanted them to do. I politely explained I didn?t want them to do anything, that I was confused andfrustrated so I was going to leave a review. I started to drive off but he asked me to wait and then explained that my clockmust be wrong (on my phone?) after many more times asking me what I wanted and me saying I didn?t want anything the one employeequit filming me, not exciting enough I guess. Overall a pretty terrible way to end the day when I just wanted some late nightice cream. I hope that both of those young men learn that people honestly don?t remember what you do, they remember how you makethem feel. I felt pretty small tonight at the Baskin Robins in Georgetown. Continues to be the worst service ever. We have been there several times within the ladst month trying to give it "one more... try". Each time we are dissatisfied with the service in the drive thru. After you wait and wait and wait in line and you finallyget to the speaker to place your order and you wait again for someone to acknowledge that you are there and you're ready toorder your 2 chocolate shakes and they come back to say, "were out of chocolate ". That's ridiculous. There is noprofessionalism or any kind of customer courtesy when it comes to going through the drive through. They just don't care. Theworkers are obviously not trained. Read more

Absolute worst service ever! The young lady who was taking care of the entire facility didn?t even know her boss?s name. She... refused to give me HER name when I asked who I was speaking with. She said she refunded my money for an item that wasn?t there,an item that she didn?t even know the name of, and an item that they?ve apparently stopped carrying. I?ve received zeronotifications that my order was not gonna be correct or that they were out of anything, and my amount that I was charged $40 forice cream by the way, was never refunded anything. When I called to try to get help, she wouldn?t give me her name, didn?t knowher bosses name, didn?t know when her boss worked next, didn?t know how to help me. Do you wanna know why this company iscontinuing to go through people? Because clearly at the top level of this particular company, no one trains any of theiremployees or cares one bit how the customers are treated.
