most miserable applebees and sad bartender i?ve ever attended. 5 people at the bar and she cannot handle it at all even though,... from my observation , no one one asking anything excessive from her. kitchen was out of ribs, but it?s also 11 when the customerordered, so bad on the customer, they should order food so close to closing. but yeah.. asking for one beer would spin thebartender out.. complaining about providing service, smart mouthing customers, no one is very involved. management should beevaluated strongly, they are not supervising their restaurant properly Read more

Ended up going here only because we didn't feel like waiting 30 minutes to be seated at the Chili's next door. Boy are we glad... we ate here. Jack (and his trainee Zack) took our orders and they were the nicest waiters we've had in quite some time. Theburgers were cooked just as we requested, they came out in short order, the fries were hot/crispy and seasoned just right andeverything tasted delicious. The servers were great but, the food was awful!! The ribs tasted like they were cooked yesterday and warmed up. The fish batter... was uncooked and slimy inside. We should have known it was gonna be a disaster when we arrived and the parking lot was empty andthey had a help wanted sign outside. $55 for that dinner?Never returning to this location again. Never received order. Waited for an hour and 1/2 for curbside pick up, even went in to see if order was ready. Made 2 attempts... to get food because I am not from here. When getting directions from their website, it took me to Round Rock. Called thelocation to try to get the right directions, the personnell who answered told me they wasn't from here either. All aroundhorrible experience, especially when you had a family going in to emergency surgery and you just wanted to grab somethingquickly to eat. Read more
It was great! I was expecting a long line since it was Thanksgiving but the crowd was light and I was able to get a quick seat... for my party. The service was friendly and they server was very relatable. I enjoyed my meal and happy and satisfied. Irecommend this location. It is right off 35 and easy to jump back in the highway after a meal. Tried Applebee?s for the first time again in a decade. Pretty quickly remembered why I didn?t like it. The white queso taste and... looks like it?s condensed and from a can. The quesadilla burger was meh. The best items we got were the drinks and the dessert.They didn?t have any IPAs. Also expensive for what it is. This is the type of place where the menu items sound good but most ofthem aren?t. They also misplaced the TV remote and could not change the channel to the UT game. Read more
Only a handful of people dining but long wait to be seated & have orders taken. Then the server brings me wrong order, and... forgets to add the side dish. Food was so crispy and tough I wasn?t able to eat it. But the final insult when the check showedtwice what I owed! Manager goes to fix it and adds more!! Finally had it set correctly and not so much as an apology oracknowledgment of terrible service!!! Never again in Georgetown!!! Read more
