most miserable applebees and sad bartender i?ve ever attended. 5 people at the bar and she cannot handle it at all even though,... from my observation , no one one asking anything excessive from her. kitchen was out of ribs, but it?s also 11 when the customerordered, so bad on the customer, they should order food so close to closing. but yeah.. asking for one beer would spin thebartender out.. complaining about providing service, smart mouthing customers, no one is very involved. management should beevaluated strongly, they are not supervising their restaurant properly Read more

Ended up going here only because we didn't feel like waiting 30 minutes to be seated at the Chili's next door. Boy are we glad... we ate here. Jack (and his trainee Zack) took our orders and they were the nicest waiters we've had in quite some time. Theburgers were cooked just as we requested, they came out in short order, the fries were hot/crispy and seasoned just right andeverything tasted delicious. The servers were great but, the food was awful!! The ribs tasted like they were cooked yesterday and warmed up. The fish batter... was uncooked and slimy inside. We should have known it was gonna be a disaster when we arrived and the parking lot was empty andthey had a help wanted sign outside. $55 for that dinner?Never returning to this location again. Only a handful of people dining but long wait to be seated & have orders taken. Then the server brings me wrong order, and... forgets to add the side dish. Food was so crispy and tough I wasn?t able to eat it. But the final insult when the check showedtwice what I owed! Manager goes to fix it and adds more!! Finally had it set correctly and not so much as an apology oracknowledgment of terrible service!!! Never again in Georgetown!!! Read more
