review for a friend. My friend says the quality is horrible and he is never returning but the customer service was OK, food =... dry, fries = dry. I don't normally leave a one star review. However this KFC location should be reviewed for incompetent service. When ordering... from this location best check to see if any of your order is even correct. I placed a $55 order for 2 boneless boxs dinners. 6missing items 2- side orders 2- sauce 2- wrong size Frys and to add a insult a busted can of diet pop. Google maps says they close at 9 but I guess the staff are eager to close because they had completely closed up by 8:30. Waisted... time and gas driving to this location for no reason. Would be nice if they would change their hours on google or stay open untilthe time they post. Mostly mad my time was waisted. Read more
Love KFC. Unfortunately the fries were cold and possibly re-heats. Chicken also only "warm". Service was very fast so I... suspect they precooked to save time. This location was fine the first time I visited when it opened. The last couple times have not been good. Running out of large... cups for sides / running out of macaroni salad and refusing to give me all white meat when I have no issues paying the extra.It?s been done before and all of a sudden it?s a rule that we can?t order all white meat? They really spoil you here. I've been to KFC in Brampton but this doesn't compare. They informed me the chicken tenders they had... we're old and soggy so they were making them fresh. They then offered a free drink and cookies for my kids while I waited aswell as apologized for the delay. Really phenomenal customer service here. And the place is super clean as well! Read more
This location is very handy/friendly. One gentleman (owner/manager) right there to help staff or ensure customer looked after.... Physical location.- hard to get out of parking lot...inside actual store very smokey from cooking. Need better exhaust. KFCprices very $$$ Read more
