Unfortunately this will not be a good review. I ordered online for curbside pick up. I was forgotten about. I asked the waitress... when I finally got my order if it was just sitting there the whole time, I was assured it was not. That was a lie. It was verycold food when I got home. Also the ribs we ordered looked like black tar. I called to get a refund and told the manager I couldbring the food back no problem so he could inspect it himself. He assured me I didn't have to do that but that I had to wait 1.5hours for a call back for a refund which I find crazy. This is unfortunate as I liked Kelsey's chain but don't think I wouldever order take out again from here. Read more

My family and I went to Kelsey's on the weekend, our server was Ramona. We had great service, and she was very attentive... especially to my kids such as bringing extra napkins and wet naps, which I really appreciated. She was also very informativeabout the menu when I asked questions We all loved the food and she showed a very positive attitude which made us feel welcomed,and comfortable. Don’t fix what’s not broken. Haven’t been to Kelsey’s in a while but upon my return their new menu blew me away. I was... overwhelmed with tasty choices and chose the Patty Melt and Honey Garlic Buns and my wife ordered the Chicken Beet & Goat CheeseSalad. DON’T GET SOLD ON A PHOTO!! The lettuce in the salad looked past its best before date, the beets had no taste while thechicken tasted like 5-day old leftovers. The Patty Melt I’d ordered, which looked incredibly appetising in the menu photo, waslittle more that a hamburger patty on toast. The Honey Garlic Buns looked like they’d just come out of a bag purchased at thegrocery store and also didn’t come close to resembling their menu photo. While the staff were wonderful as usual, the food wasreally disappointing. I almost NEVER leave these types of reviews but in times of rising costs of virtually everything, I felt Ishould pass this along. The worst chicken wings that I had, I order to deliver to home and when I started eating doesn't taste well, they didn't added... the honey garlic sauce that I choose well. I cannot believe the ridiculous amount they added. You can see the pics and judgeyourself, waste of money and time. I won't order never again. Our first family dinner outing in 9 months and what a terrible time. It took over an hour for our food to arrive at our table,... only to arrive cold and the kids fries were burnt! No one advised us the kitchen was backed up, only after flagging down aserver 45 mins after ordering did we find out. Perhaps letting customers know prior to being seated that the kitchen is backedup, would have deffered our dining and taken our kids elsewhere to be fed in a timely manner. Servers are overworked and notable to tend to tables efficiently and were unable to check in. We ended up having to grab pizza on our way home. Sodissapointed! Read more

Pleasantly surprised. Good service from the waiter although food service was a bit slow. Nacho appetizer was mediocre. Double... burger with bacon was really good as was the Nashville chicken sandwich. The salad was a disappointment. Mainly because itwasn’t made with California greens as noted but rather coarsely chopped romaine lettuce. Read more
