This was my first experience trying Georgetown Tandoori, I am very disappointed. I can see that there is quality in the sauces... because I could taste the odd anise and peppercorn but the overall sauce was extremely salty ruining my palette. Both in theKorma chicken which normally should have a sweet flavour, and in the Butter Chicken where you couldn't even taste the tomato. Ican't recommend either dish. Read more

We went there and dine in and ordered palak paneer and garlic naan which were so tasty. We enjoyed our food. Satisfied... experience. Staff was very nice and owner as well. Later on we ordered masla tea which was extremely good. It doesn?t matterrestaurant is small but service is good. Read more

I came with my friends to Georgetown for a work and ended up here. Since the ambience was normal here, we didn?t expect the food... will be so good. If you people are having a plan to Brampton just for Indian food being in this local place, I suggest to givethis a try. Read more

I wish there was an option to select 'Zero'. I am writing this review just after having one bite of their horrible chicken curry... that I ordered. Folks who have given 5 star to this place have either never tasted Indian food or have they been eating stalechicken throughout their life and that's why they don't know how fresh chicken tastes. The first time I ordered from GT was 5months back and there was no taste in tandoori chicken; Like seriously, your name has tandoori and it has no flavour of tandoor.I let that go. But I committed a mistake yet again by ordering food from them today. The chicken in chicken curry was 'STALE'with a horrible smell and taste and that's how I am not able to have my late lunch today, thanks to GeorgetownTandoori. They are very accommodating to the dairy free / vegan diet. We explained that we do not eat dairy or eggs and the lovely... waitress had so many dishes to tell us about. The garlic Nan bread was light and delicious and vegan! We had an amazing mealfull of flavors. I high recommend this restaurant. Read more

After I placed my order I noticed that there are mixed reviews for this place, some of which are very suspicious. I found the... food was good, no issues at all. I've had better Indian food, but what I ordered all tasted good. I had a group of 8 and orderedthe Chana Masala, Dal, Aloo Ghobi, Butter Chicken, Lamb Korma, rice and naan. The group enjoyed everything. Service was a bitslow, quoted 55 minutes to prepare but then I had to wait another 15 in the store. Staff were friendly. What a horrible experience. Went there for a family dinner. It wasn?t busy, we were the only people there. It took one hour for... the food to arrive. We were sitting at the empty table waiting. No water, no appetizers to start with. Nothing! Finally the ladybrought glasses but no water. The glasses were super DIRTY!! She brought salty lassi and mango shake. Absolutelydisgusting!!Tasted like yogurt water and yellow sugar water. We returned it together with the dirty glasses and got bottles ofwater instead. We felt like to just get up and leave but we were starving and hoped the food would be better. Finally the naansarrived (they were good), rice was room temperature and tandoori fish was ok, we also ordered a few other curry dishes to gowith the rice and naan but she forgot about it!!
