I think many of the (poor) reviews are either from a) when it first opened and/or b) delivery issues. Here?s the thing: The... staff are friendly, and the burritos I?ve ordered (4 so far) have been tasty. To me, it?s the best Burrito option in G-town.This is very subjective, but I think the basic meats (chicken, pork, beef) are your best options. The jerk chicken was?OK. Ilike how Guac is included and that they offer crushed tortilla chips as a topping (for texture). The coleslaw is alsosolid. It?s a very small space, so if you go (or order) at the busiest times, your experience will likely *not* be perfect.But they are new and will likely improve with time. Read more
Was so excited that this location was opening but ended up very disappointed with my burrito. Ordered Big Buffalo Chicken... Burrito. Was supposed to have rice, black beans, cheese, lettuce, green onion, jalapeños, coleslaw, and sour cream. Burritoended up being rice and 3 small pieces of chicken. Not sure I'd go back. Read more
The service was impeccable. I am gluten and dairy free and the man who worked there was so knowledgeable and made accommodations... for my needs. The entire team has amazing customer service and making sure I was fully aware the accommodations cannot alwaysbeen done if they?re super busy but it can be done and will try their best. Ordered online for 5:30 pickup any other time wouldn?t work for us. 5:05 I get a message your order is ready for pickup that was... 20 mins after I ordered. So I leave early and picked up at 5:15. Yes the food was cold so obviously it was sitting on thecounter for awhile! I?ll never learn these places don?t cook anything! They scoop meat out of a bucket and heat it up to barelyroom temperature and that?s exactly what it tastes like reheated food that?s been sitting around for hours. So when I heated upour dinners (again)in the microwave and ate my soggy hot lettuce in the naked bowl I decided never again! Place opened up about a week ago. Associate working the counter was extremely friendly. Burritos were large and what I expected.... Hot sauce has nice kick to it. Overall a great experience. Read more

I have been excitedly waiting for this location to open up. The wait was worth it. Stopped in today for a beef barbacoa burrito... and a deep fried mars bar. The burrito was superb. The toppings were fresh and delicious and the deep fried mars bar brought meback to my teenage years. Beyond the food, the staff were great and the interior is clean. All in all, this location will be mygo-to for all of my burrito needs. Read more
