Went in today around 8:30pm and they close at 9pm. The lady was sitting there on her phone when I went in doing nothing when I... went in. I asked for 2 milkshakes and she said she wasn?t able to do milkshakes because they are about to close and she has tosanitize the stuff. This happens everytime I go there. Worst location ever. The gentleman at the counter was pretty rude. A small scoop should be round and set right in a cone. He pressed it flat like a... plate and on top, added a chunk of spoon of topping. That's not how an ice cream cone from baskin robbins is meant to bepresented. It's a brand shame there are no audits conducted at such franchises. Lastly, upon asking him to set it right, roundand evenly place the topping, he says his floor will get dirty. Is it the customer's lookout or the owner's to learn how topresent in a standard way? If I am going to pay almost $5.00 for a single scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream I a regular cone, the ice cream should at... least fill the cone and then have a scoop on top. Over $15.00 for three very small scoops of ice cream is shameful! You needto do better Baskin Robin's Georgetown! Read more

Their ice cream are really good, even the ice cream sandwich (cookies were so yummy!).. i just didn?t like the reception from... the young lady who was working there. She was a bit rude talking to us. I?m not sure if she was having a bad day but my familyfelt how snobbed she was. Read more
