Came twice in 2 days, both days no napkins. Unacceptable for an ice cream shop? where is the management?
Excellent service friendly good ice cream.
The gentleman at the counter was pretty rude. A small scoop should be round and set right in a cone. He pressed it flat like a... plate and on top, added a chunk of spoon of topping. That's not how an ice cream cone from baskin robbins is meant to bepresented. It's a brand shame there are no audits conducted at such franchises. Lastly, upon asking him to set it right, roundand evenly place the topping, he says his floor will get dirty. Is it the customer's lookout or the owner's to learn how topresent in a standard way?
