The service here is horrific. They are having way too much fun having their conversations behind the counter to pay attention to... the people on the other side of the counter. The girl that actually took my order never ever said a word to me she just lookedat me and I gave her my order and she gave me my receipt. It was very almost creepy. This location has to have the slowest drive-thru in the state. Go to Morehead, KY and you'll see how a Wendy's is supposed to... perform. There's no excuse. I guess one thing I can say is they're consistent. Please train your employees or replace themanagement. In the time I've been sitting here, I've watched several vehicles leave. Money lost. I have literally been in linefor an hour, am HOUR. Unacceptable! Also, since negative reviews don't seem to change anything, I also lodged a corporatecomplaint.
