Wonderful customer service, food, and drinks. However, there needs to be a system put in place for the line of traffic. It is... not reasonable for people to be lined out in the road. I brought this up to a manager a year or so ago but they never didanything about it. Could we put in signs to wrap around the building once? People in the parking lot would still be able to pullout... this is a better alternative to the road where cars are coming and going. Read more
Had a very simple request and after waiting in line several minutes the lady working said my request was too hard and refused to... make it! So we came home and had to place an order online which was easy and the starbucks across from kroger took great care ofus! The request was mocha drizzle around the cup with a white chocolate cream frappe topped with chocolate curls onwhipcream. Lady was so rude I spoke with corporate so hopefully a retraining will happen! Read more
