I've known of Roosters for a couple of years but don't enjoy the sports bar atmosphere. We have ordered online twice now, both... times around 8pm. Food was ready in about 20 minutes for pickup. I don't know that I would eat in the building, as it is loudand bright, and customers are obnoxious, the two times Ive just entered to pickup. Staff haven't greeted me or asked to assist.I wandered over to the pickup shelves, found my food, and left without a word. I will say the food was amazing. The family hadvarious burgers which we all enjoyed and we got theb4 tenders, which are freaking huge! Sauces are yummy, food is hot and tasty,and as my long as I can continue to order online and pickup, I'll keep going back. I wouldn't dine in though with the noise andwhat seems to be the inattention of the staff. Prices are reasonable and food is much better than some higher pricedalternatives. Read more
This is the 2nd worst experience this wk we've had here, but complaining to a manager helped this time. Our waitress said it... was her 2nd night, but we waited 30 min to get waited on after seated, 1 hr 20 min on our food, appetizers and salad were servedwith meal didnt get them before and had to ask for appetizers again. Food was fairly good quality. Much better than I expected. And fairly priced as well. Our waitress, Peyton, was informative,... friendly and tended to our dining needs. Other waitresses and the hostess that we encountered were not nearly as nice. Cansometimes be a bit noisy. Decor and wooden seating areas are a lovely touch. Anywhere on the wall that a flatscreen could fit,there was one. Which made it very distracting for little ones to eat. Glad we tried this place for a family restaurant but won?tbe returning unless it?s adults only for business or pleasure. Read more
First visit impressions: Roosters seems like a decent place to hang out but I can't remember ever having any worse chicken. The... wings were tough and had a strange odor so we asked for to go boxes after trying just one and brought the rest home to feed ourdogs (after removing the bones of course). Turns out, they were undercooked which im glad we didnt eat more than we did. Thefries and mushrooms were middle of the road but nothing extra. If we ever go back, it won't be for the chicken. Food was fresh and hot and delicious. The Fried chicken salad came with about 3 whole chicken breasts on it and it was awesome.... Waitress and hostess very friendly, didn't have to wait around for anything. A+, would roost again. Read more
First time visit. We ordered chicken sliders and a bowl of chili. No one is going to ask "Where's the chicken". The tenders... are sizable and tasty. I would order these again. The chili was VERY mild and very little meat. I was k ot even sure if thiswas a vegetarian version. Would not recommend. Service was OK but slow. Read more
Ordered take out for veterans day deal. Person on phone said take out was fine. Get to restaurant and now they say eat in only.... Told them to keep it. Bad that they do people this way, won?t ever eat at any roosters restaurant ! Read more
