Never had I had to sit in a drive thru for over 30 min with every thing I ordered wrong. Got a Oreo McFlurry to get to the... window and get a Oreo shake and have them tell me they can?t do anything about it. Had to get 3 different cups of coffee madebecause it was all cold. We went there and ordered our meal I tried to use a deal with my meal using a code through the mobile app. The woman taking my... order said she added yet didn?t even tell me my total at the speaker. I had the man that was cashing me out read my order backto me she didn?t have the code. We had them add the code the man was so high on drugs he could not figure it out slurring hiswords. The manager was rude rolling her eyes they forgot our fry?s and drinks. Worst McDonald?s ever. Read more
I stop by here every night on my way to work.. here the past few weeks the service has been horrible. I ordered no salt fries... the other night got old fries that had salt. The other night I was in drive thru for 20 minutes . Tonight I ordered 2 pumpkinpies. Got to work went to take a bite old ,cold and hard as a rock. Looked at the stickers on them and one had 3:17 pm and theother was 7:12pm. It was 8:50pm when I went thru drive thru. I really like McDonald's love the frappes but the manager thatworks nights always seems in a bad mood. He's not friendly the cashier shorted me a dollar and he groaned because he had to walkback to the window and open the drawer.it doesn't seem like the manager has the night shift in shape. Their fries use to be great!! Now its just chewing on a cold potato slice with no flavor.....unless the fries are just out of... the fryer. My last fries weren't so I fed the sparrows in my yard. They liked them. Read more
Not at all pleased with the service. Yesterday afternoon we ordered, got half of our things and a young man working wanted to... argue that he gave us everything, a sweet young lady was steady telling him no and what we needed. We even had our recipe toshow. Finley got everything. They had no carbonated drinks. The watermelon slush is really good. The way I ordered my #1 wasperfect. Read more
DO BETTER. I only came here to post those 2 words... however, after looking over the reviews, there seems to be a common theme.... Night shift.. something should be changed. It's quite obvious. My 3 year old could fill these fry boxes better than this.. itsprobably not even that the person was lazy.. rather that they simply do NOT care. (Which is not okay) Also 1 was supposed to beno salt. Very clean inside. Food was hot and order had no mistakes. Employees here were all friendly.
My cinnamon rolls were rock hard,dry, and cold. We had already drivin off, we don?t live in this area. When I called to talk to... a manger about this, all they said they could do was write my name down and come get a replacement anytime. What the hell is theapp for then?!
