We ordered our food. The young man have is a number and we went to sit down. The first table had ants all over the top so we... selected another table. The same young man brought us our food. We mentioned the ants and he said " It's raining outsidethat's probably why they are on the table." He didn't bother to take care of the ants at all. Chris @ Fazoli's # 1740 was beyond fabulous during our visit. He was eff managing the front desk, running out food and checking... on the dining room patrons all at the same time. He did all of this with a smile , gracious attitude and very pleasant to haveconversation with. You need more employees like him!!! Understaffed so much you have to ring yourself up then wait for your cup while the one girl working the front gets done... delivering food to get your cup. What little tea was out was soured. Forever wait for food and no refill on breadsticks. Read more
The food is good and you can order online and pickup or the new self service order pretty cool but on the phone have more... options, the place clean and serve pretty fast and the food Good ???? if like Italian food is recommended also they have reallyNice deal on Family Meals ???? come and enjoy the a good food and don't spend too much money for the family. Tried the lobster mac & cheese, got extra sauce since my dad said it was a little dry when he order the angus beef mac &... cheese... but mine was definitely well worth the extra sauce and super cheesy! Took a picture of the lobster as well. They'renot super huge pieces but they are in there. I'm glad they finally brought the mac & cheese back. Read more
They may seem bit understaffed but they made sure my order was 100% correct. Staff was great and friendly will be back again!
The service was the best I have seen since in a very long time. The employees were always smiling and interacting with the... customers. The place was spotless clean and the food came out fast and hot. They definitely get 5 stars from me and my highestrecommendation! Read more
