Went there around 8pm, we had a large party, food took over a hour to come out, most of us only got wings, and they were dry,... our orders where messed up, a person in our group ordered a burger and I guess it was forgotten, after speaking to the managerhe just said I'll make sure your food comes out but never went to check back on us. waitress was not friendly at all and youcould see she was upset, we asked for our checks and still took over 30 minutes to get them. All I have to say is Trace! He is a great bar tender and server. He picks up the slack of the other workers and is the glue to... the whole store. If Trace were to ever leave then I will never be back. Read more
The burger and wings were great! However the nachos we got for appetizer were just straight up cold, cheese not even melted. ... The service was not great, a bit disorganized. Would be better if the workers knew more about where the games are playing (NFLSunday) so they can direct customers to appropriate seating for the game they want to see rather than putting us in a spotnowhere near the game we asked to see and then having to get up and go find the spot ourselves. But still a good atmosphere andgood time, and besides the nachos, really delicious. Read more
Horrible service. We ask the waitress twice for celery and carrots but she never brought it. She never walks to us and ask us... what we want more. It was our first time there because the BWW sent us the 20%off coupon. We tried to use it and we only got 3$off out of 63$ order. Never go back again Read more
This Bdubs has to be one of the worst places to eat in Georgetown. I've ate here 2x over the last few months. Both were awful... experiences. The quality of the food is worse than a cheap takeout place. Please take your family somewhere else if you read myreview. I want you to enjoy your precious time and hard earned money. I normally try to leave a good review????but my goodness. We waited forever for service (while they were not busy - around 2... p.m.) Found what appeared to be a worm in my drink. And part of our order was forgotten. We were never given awaiter/waitress but occasionally had random people stop by our table. However, most avoided eye contact.
