They had no cups other than small, then at the window they told us they ran outta chicken at 3:40 PM, then gave us the wrong... order, then we said we just take what u have, so we had to pull toward for 30 mins! Delicious! We love BoJangles and always stopped there whenever we traveled south. This was hands down the best service we've... ever had. The Frankfurt branch and this one are awesome! The restaurant wasn't busy and all the employees engaged us ????. Itwas good food and a great experience. The music was such a blessing too!! The table set for "missing comrades in arms" was anincredible testament to the ownership. You guys are awesome ! God Bless America! Read more
Okay, oh Bojangles... the kiddo gives you a thumbs up and my food was okayish. For the sake of full disclosure, it was my first... time. Now the food, chicken stripes, not bad but a little burnt. Biscuits, spot on. Mashed potatoes, meh at best, tasted coldand lackluster. The staff, good at best. They were out of Boberry fresh Biscuits and had one I had to soak in a coffee to eat,think hardtack bread. They also ran out of regular chicken but i get it since it was lunch time. The staff did apologize so theyget kudos for this. The location was good and the building was clean. So props on this. The real question is would I go back ortry another one.. Yes, yes I would. Easy experience! They quickly took my order and I was given my food right after I paid. The sandwich was tasty! Nice and warm... and not too greasy. Was way bigger than I expected and was only $4.23 after tax. Didn?t have to ask for napkins and theyincluded them in the bag. Good experience. Read more
This was our first time ever eating at Bojangles and we enjoyed our meal. We're on vacation so we wanted breakfast at lunch time... and we were excited to see that they offer breakfast all day. The food was really good and the price was reasonable. Weespecially enjoyed the Bo Berry biscuits that only cost $1.69 for 2 large biscuits (as of 9/15/21)! The only reason they lost astar was because the tables weren't clean, even though it was obvious that they had been wiped down recently. The other issuewas that the girl at the register wasn't very friendly, although she was efficient at her job. Overall a very good experienceand we will definitely go back! Read more
