Service is lacking took 15 minutes to receive an in store sandwich order. Both the sandwiches ordered by my coworker... (sausage, egg and cheese) were extremely cold. The sausage appeared like it hadn?t been cooked. Read more

I?ve never been treated so poorly by any other restaurant than this one. I was there this morning and there was a blonde... employee with green highlights (nothing against her hair just didn?t catch her name) that was the rudest employee I?ve ever metin any restaurant. Everyone in the restaurant was aware of the way she was being and nobody stepped up to say anything about theemployee behavior. I frequent this establishment and I will no longer be coming in ever. I understand everyone can have a badday at work but the way that employee treated me is unacceptable. If you?re that miserable at your job than you should thinkabout getting a new one. Read more

Always great food and drinks. The workers are always very nice, but it usually takes Forever to get your order. I have sat in... that drive-thru line for 30 minutes before. Speed it up. Read more

We were traveling through the area and stopped here for a quick coffee and bagel. After reading several reviews about a broken... toaster oven, we weren't sure about ordering food. I'm here to let you know that the toaster oven is working as of today. Afterwaiting for several minutes for two bagels, my husband asked one of the four young ladies behind the counter about theirprogress. After waiting several more minutes, a different one of the four young ladies behind the counter asked my husband if hewas waiting for something. Suffice it to say that the wait was longer than it should have been. Nonetheless, the toaster isfixed, the coffee was good and the bagels were warm and charred...???????????? Read more

Love Bigby in Cinci. Bigby in Georgetown? Progressively getting worse. If it's not the toaster oven that's broken for over... two months and repeatedly being told that it's "getting fixed in a couple days," it's Bragels that are supposed to be toastedbut are instead served lukewarm with chewy and (seemingly) uncooked (or partially cooked) bacon. I'm sure that's not a healthhazard or anything. Orders still take forever to complete. Again, it's a shame, because I prefer Bigby over other, morepopular chains. Read more

We?ve been here 5-6 times now and it has been consistently worse each time. The first trip was good; quick service, warm toasty... bragel, and good coffee. From trip 2 to today was about 6 weeks time, and the toaster is STILL broken! Both drive through andwalk in, the cups have gotten messy with drinks and syrup all over the outside. They?ve stopped giving napkins out, and they putan iced drink in a hot cup. The hot cup broke open and spilled everywhere. Ridiculous. Read more

Their staff is friendly and the BOGO on the spirit card is great but more times than not they?re slower than Christmas and it... takes me 10 minutes from the time I order to the time I actually get my drinks. They also often change their hours, which Iassume is from staffing shortages. Read more

Wish I got some names so I could call them out, but the staff was amazing. Very friendly and quick, we had stopped in our way... back home. A storm was coming and they made sure to tell us to drive safe. Food was also great. This is the 2nd location I havebeen to, as we have one in our home town, and that one is also very friendly and quick. The employee that took our order today, seemed to have an extra dose of kindness with taking our order. Please tell your staff that they did great and we appreciateit! Read more
