I'm not happy with this McDonald's in Georgetown Delaware. I placed a drive through order. First I was told there was no sweet... tea but ended up having it. It's 8:30 am how can you not have sweet tea. Then I ordered 3 cinnamon rolls but got cheese danishinstead. Ok we now can not tell cinnamon rolls from cheese danish. Went back through to tell them they got it wrong they gave mecinnamon rolls this time but only gave me two. I understand McDonald's gets busy but really if you can't slow down to make sureorders are correct then it's not a work environment for you Read more
We ordered and paid for three bacon McDoubles However when we got home and opened up our to go order all it had was three single... burgers with bacon Then we tried calling for over an hour and no one answered. If this was the first time this had happened itwould be one thing but there seems to be a pattern of incompetency resulting in inadequate results. Well if I could give a zero First all bum in the parking lot yes I feel for her but instead of letting her hang around their... customers someone should have called for help for her. Or police to get her assistance. She then came begging in therestaurant for food I saw people giving her bags of food I gave her fries ???? I felt terriblefor her But unfortunately at thislocation she must be a regular she actually says good morning to the staff and they respond to her good morning The lady proceeds to the ladies room with all food she gathered and luggage on her back. I was there about 20 minutes Believe it or not.Waiting for food. I was a little upset that this woman was still in the restroom. I'm assuming probably cleaning herself at thesink. I don't know. I did not go in there for this very reason. I had another very huge quirk at this location which promptedme to throw my food away. While I was ordering an employee dropped fries on the floor proceeded to pick them up. She did throwthem in the garbage. However, she did not wash her hands after going to the floor picking them up and going by the garbage pailno one there had rubber gloves on that were cooking. This restaurant was in complete disarray very unorganized and there wasjust when you looked over the counter. That was just food everywhere. I am not going to eat food when the place is so.Unsanitary. I actually stopped in for a cup of coffee but ended up ordering lunch for my grandson and I. He would not even eatit. They have dining room closed on a main highway. They let bums panhandle in the parking lot while you are in drive thru
The employees at the drive thru are very nice and friendly. I ordered the fish filet with sweet tea, and the meal was warm and... fresh fries were so good as always. The restaurant inside looked clean and bathroom was cleaner than expected. Read more
