This is a great place to have pizza and beer with a beautiful view of Georgetown Lake and the mountains. This a great spot to... cool off after running trails or touring around. It?s modern yet open mountain feel. At dinner on Wednesday night it?s packedbecause the other brewery in town is closed. The servers are all super nice and friendly. No burgers or sandwiches tonight onlysalads and pizza. The salads were ok and the fried shrooms and zucchini were ok. Mostly people come to drink beer and hang out.We thought it was a nice and convenient to our hotel. Read more
Pulled up to see sheep and the lake, was surprised to find this awesome brewery. Beer was delicious! The Thai pizza was great... too. Maybe a little less sweet in the dressing would be good. Great place to catch a breather off I70. Shout-out to Taylor! Read more
We only stopped by for a couple beers, but glad we did, especially if you want to grab a beer when you're half way through your... ski drive back to Denver. The building is absolutely beautiful with no expense wasted in the decor and the feel. It's locatedright on the other side of the street from the lake, so summertime would be beautiful to grab a beer and just chill. The beerselection was good, the food we didn't try but seemed limited, which is perfectly fine coming from a place that was very honestin signage stating "thank the people that actually showed to work in a world that all businesses are short on staff" (orsomething like that). What a great view here. The beer is also pretty good, my wife and I had their foeder lager, IPL, lime & salt lager and the... schwartzbier. Had the colorado tots and prosciutto pizza, very good crust and ingredients. Honestly is one of the best outsidepatios with the view, as many have said. We got a pizza and it was amazing and also had tots. It was phenomenal. The food came out with in minutes of ordering. The staff... was very nice. There was also a water dispenser that look like a beer tap. I think something fun for the kids. There is outdoorseating and a big lake to look at. And you can also see the people making the beer because all the equipment is open to see. Read more
Cabin Creek Brewing is located DIRECTLY on the Georgetown lake, absolutely amazing views year-round. We went in the winter and... the lake was frozen solid. The brewery had a great menu, we ordered a couple of appetizers and of course, some artisanal beers.The restaurant is huge, with many seating options, including a patio for warmer weather. Service and prices were both good. Withall that space, it could be cool to put a couple of pool tables or dart boards, but the place is cool. I?d go back if I was inthe area again. Read more
Great variety of beers, tasty IPA and great chocolate stout. We ate the pizza tots and they were amazing!!! Also ate the Thai... Chili Pizza and it was very very good, great sweet chili flavor. The brewery is literally right on the lake in Georgetown sothere are great views of the cliffs and lake. Read more
Average. To be fair, there could be worse places to eat. It?s a beautiful location overlooking the lake. The restaurant is... beautifully done. They have outdoor and indoor seating. We arrived at 4:45 on a Sunday and there was a line. Come prepared toarrive early or wait. We selected to eat inside vs wait for a table outside. We ordered sandwiches and salads. No burgersavailable on this Sunday. The price is what it is. I found the sandwiches to be pretty on par for price. The chicken sandwich isaverage size. The fries were very good but they do not give you many. The house salad (full) is not a meal, not worth $12, andhad to eat in the hotel room after eating it. That?s a disappointment. Maybe if I had a pizza my review would be different. Thestaff was friendly, everything is electronic (no physical menu, you pay on their electronic payment method), and we didn?t haveto wait for food. As a family, we scored a 3 average. I may have given them 3 stars, but it is convenient, quick and fresh. Forthat, I would probably recommend. But, my family wouldn?t return, so I?d be eating alone. Read more
