I stop at this McDonald's every time I travel back to Austin from South Texas. I fuel up my vehicle and take a break. I go... through the drive through to pick up a small ice cream cone, small French fries and a medium Coke. Just enough to hold me overthe 1.5 hours it takes to drive to Pflugerville on the US 130 Toll. The McDonald's is always very busy, the staff rush yourthrough as fast as possible. They do not always have a greeting or a smile. Just pay me and get moving to the next window. Ilike to get extra napkins since I will be eating in my vehicle. When I ask for extra napkins I break their routine and then heretake your order and leave I have to take the next person. Read more
First of all, no one was there to take my order. I had to use their kiosks. Second, the machine never printed my order and my... number was called. Someone else took my order. I asked if my food was ready and they asked for my number. I told them themachine never printed my number and no one was there to ask why. They remade my order and they got it wrong! Finally made itagain and got it right! I should?ve at least gotten it for free for all the trouble. Place was really dirty by the soda machineand many tables were dirty too! Stop here last night to shower at the pilot and we decided to grab a burger since it was so late !it was the most awful thrown... together sloppy stuff drippy out the side it had si much on it the tomatoes were so small you could barley see them on theburger plus they were so thin ! My husband to hes back in ..you can tell when a bun is no good when it falls apart when you areeating it thats not a fresh bun because it tears apart . The fries were cold and tasted rubbery! We won't be doing that again ..But the lady at Pilot was very nice and helpful Read more
Quality and reliability has dropped drastically enough the last month for me to leave a review. Was once quick clean and... efficient now it took over 45mins for a crispy chicken meal. I was on my lunch break and when I finally got it they forgot thefries. Lines all over the place and noticeably dirtier then what it was. What happened. Read more
Perfect for dining in with family. Super kid friendly! They have screens on tables to keep the little ones busy along with... indoor play area. You can order at the counter or at the self-ordering screen at the front. Amazing friendly staff, very clean! Read more
It looks pretty good it wasn't just throwing together all sloppily I mean it's kind of excited just because I took it apart but... it actually looks spectacular the McDonald's in South his pretty clean fairly busy for being on the highway. McDonald?s is always good if you?re in a rush. The place gets a lot of business because it?s on the island and it seems a little... dirty on the outside but food is good. I only go there for the Nuggets. Read more
