Friendly, very quick w/ order. It was a to go order so I didn't check bathroom, but seemed clean on first look

The people are friendly & polite. I guess short staffing is what made the wait so long. I called ahead for my order & still had... to wait 25 min to get it. I asked for extra honey butter on my biscuits but sadly did not get. Read more
They were working extremely hard! Some stressful customers came in, but the employees rocked it
I placed an order for some gizzards and fries okra. The gizzards had a good brittle crunch that I liked but the flavor was... lacking. The okra, I was charged full price for a small order that was way less than what it is supposed to be and wasnt freshbut reheated in the oil. It was tough and extra golden (burnt) and even had a hint of charring. I dodnt not return to complainfor fear of having my replacement order tampered with and I had already been on the raod for 8 hrs and had another 3 to go sothe me resolve is to just give an appropriate review. Taste of chicken & biscuit was great! Drive thru space is not the best, and I wished we would had gotten at least one napkin.... Had to go inside to wash hands. Other than that, good place Read more
They messed up my order TWICE!! I spent a little over $60 and I had to correct them on my order TWICE! I ordered a 20pc dark... with 3 sides and a 12pc tender. FIRST, they rung up my order wrong because I didn?t want the biscuits. They rung it up that wayanyway. I corrected them, politely mind you, and they give me the side I was missing. I go home thinking I had everything.NOPE!!! They didn?t give me the tenders!???????? I call them and tell them I don?t have my tenders, I?m still being polite atthis point, and they give them to me. I come home to see that the tenders are SMALL AS HELL!! LIKE WHAT?! If I?m gonna pay a lotof money for some chicken, I would like to expect to get some actual decent sized chicken! I?m debating on going back. The worstthing was, THEY WEREN?T EVEN BUSY!!! Get it together churches, very disappointed. On a side note, this is the most troublingthing that I?ve ever experienced since going to that place for food. Still, very disappointing. Read more
