No Subway in DeKalb, IL honors any coupon or promotion ever. It's called "customer appreciation" but looks like in India it... doesn't exist. So I take my money to other business. This is how it works: I go and spend my money, over and over again, but oneday you charge me only 50% just to say "Thank you!" like Pizza Hut, Burger King, McDonald's, etc. Not in any Subway in DeKalb,IL, they're too greedy to give you a brake and that's why my family didn't go to any DeKalb Subway for more than 3 years. I came in on Saturday morning at approximately 9:10 AM. The store was not ready to operate despite being open. I was given the... worst steak egg and cheese breakfast sub that I am ever had at any subway. The main toasting unit was not ready so the guy justthrew my sandwich in the microwave. Then when we got to the cash register, they had not counted their drawer in order to startthe day and after taking too long to count their money, I just gave them eight dollars and left with the sandwich. I wassupposed to have chips and drink as well, but I didn’t take those. Not only did I overpay, but they got a tip for such lousyservice. I know nothing will be done to correct this because I live over an hour away and was in the area for work. But I wantmy experience to be public because this was terrible. Read more
They don't accept coupons they mail out. They will instead tell you to use the app even if the coupon says right on it to scan... in store. Kinda going down hill as I've never had this issue in the past but i guess times change. Use to eat here a lot. Read more
Very clean but service was alright and my meatballs were barely warm
Some times you get lucky and have a good sandwich maker, other times they are in to much of a hurry.
Ordered $34 worth of food to come home and one of the sandwiches has a long hair in it. Considering the price to eat there and... the quality of the food we will not be returning. Read more
Friendly experience. This place is my go to if I don't pack a lunch. Do pretty much every day, haha. Come in enough and they'll... start to remember your order. Only negative thing I have to say is they do skimp a bit on the veggies. Other than that, greatsubway. Read more
Went there at 8 40 says there open til 9 yet they lock there doors early
