We were a little bit disappointed that their dining room was closed, but we decided to do an online order and went through the... drive-through to pick it up. However, when we went through the drive-thru, they were confused about whether they had given usthe correct amount of food and, when they gave us the food, they told us to check the food to make sure we had gotteneverything. They also completely forgot to give us our drinks and then asked us why we were still sitting at the window 5minutes later. Turned out that they did mess up several things in the order, but we were already halfway home at that point anddidn't have time to turn back around. Something that we all noticed while waiting for our food was the whole kitchen/food prepareas were dirty and, in closer areas, we could see dirt and grime caked on to the counters. If I could give a 0 star review I would, first we arrived at 8 pm and the dining room, which closes at 9, was already closed. We... were the third car in the drive through and sat in the line for over 30 minutes before our order was ever taken. There were alsono lights outside, we used a flashlight to see the menu. We were told at the drive through it?d be a 5 min wait for popcornchicken. After getting our food and one wrong drink we were once again told it?d be another few minutes on popcorn chicken.While waiting at the window another customer walked up asking for a refund for their order which got a little intense and endedwith an employee shouting curse words out the window, very unprofessional. Was another 20 minutes before they decided to give uschicken tenders instead because the deep frier oil was cold. Inside the place was a mess, an employee was vaping and sitting onthe counter, no one seemed to know what they were doing. Felt more like a hang out than a restaurant. Stopped here to grab dinner and waited in the drive thru for a good 6-7 minutes before someone took my order. Got a bucket of... chicken with 2 side's.. .Lets just say the chicken was so dry it had the texture of beef jerky. ..The biscuits were so hard . .The food is trash and their employees could care less. Hadn't been to KFC in years. Wasn't impressed with the popcorn chicken bowl with mac and cheese. Chicken was all breading and... mac and cheese was just cheap tasting. Wish I had ordered original chicken. Maybe I would have liked it. Used to love KFC. Read more
We stopped after a doctor's appointment. Went inside. The work at the counter was very rude in taking the order. My food was... place in a bag and thrown on the counter and I never heard her say anything about it being ready. Chicken was very greasy. Neverate it.
