Terrible. Went there and there were no waffle cones. Next time the person who made the waffle cone had broke it all the way down... the middle so ice cream was dripping out everywhere, didn't even give a cup to put it in. It was a mess. Next time drive-thruwas blocked off so you couldn't go through but the lobby has been closed since covid so you couldn't get in at all, yet the signsaid open. So girl who took order had no clue what she was doing .ordered a triple scoop cup with caramel chocolate ,cookie dough, and... brownie. Husband ordered triple scoop with berry ,mango and chocolate both cups with fudge and krunch coat..I recieved 6 cupsof triple scoop of single ice creams. 2 had hot fudge..No krunch coat..also ordered a red velvet machiato which came as acaramel machiato...idk you should train your people for the cost if things. Shift change was a disaster at 10:20 pm. There were no orders taken for 10 + minutes at the drive thru. The lobby was closed due... to Covid. The service was unacceptable and very inefficient. This is a very poor way of doing business. Read more
