Disgusting. I got sick the last time I ordered from here before it was remodeled even then the food tasted awful. Went back... hoping there was a change in food Quality after it was remodeled. I think the chicken is cooked once or twice a week ? Out of drink lids, no napkins. They gave me bathroom paper towels. Dirty... tables, workers busy on their phones. Luke warm mashed potatoes. Very disappointed in the lack of efficiency and accuracy of product and hours of service. I ordered through door dash and was... fairly disappointed to hear my dasher call me and express that the restaurant was closed. They offered to let me order whateverI want from Taco Bell but I don?t even eat their food. Then when I asked to speak to a manager they said they had no morechicken left (it was 10pm). This was the single worst fast food experience of my life. This KFC restaurant should be shut down. The employees are rude and... make it obvious they don't want to help you. They don't have cutlery so you can't even eat half the food you order. Therestaurant was DISGUSTING (food on floors and tables, garbage overflowing, floor was sticky). The woman who took my orderrefused to give me a receipt. I explained I needed one and she nastily retorted, "should have said that before you ordered!" Iwaited 15 minutes for my food while watching people that came way after me get their food. I finally say something and theemployee I spoke to had the nerve to argue with me that they gave me my food already. I insisted I had not gotten my food andthey could see me and my party in the lobby the whole time just waiting for our food. The employee walks away, puts together ourboxes (with the wrong sides) and leaves our tray of food on the counter without apologizing or even letting me know my order wasup. They closed the lobby very early (around 7:30pm) while we were still dining. Proceeded to turn customers at the door awayand tell them "too bad, go to the drive thru if you really want it."
