This place is very affordable! Urban Counter has a big menu and they have huge selections of food. They have burgers, fries,... meats, salads, beverages, desserts, and others. Their menu is phenomenal! All of their food is excellent! Made to perfection andliterally will serve the food to you while it?s hot and fresh. They are really great at making and producing amazing snacks andsandwiches. You can really satisfy your cravings here because you can find anything delicious on their menu. Their prices arefair and reasonable. You can literally order all the food you want without reaching your pocket?s limit. They definitely havecheaper offers. I ordered their clubhouse sandwich, fries, salad, and a drink. I am really amazed by how they prepared it andall of it is really well-cooked. My cravings are satisfied. The sandwich is fresh, tasty, and has a big potion. The fries areflavorful and crunchy. The salad is unique and incredibly made. Also, their drink is very refreshing and perfect for any kind oftheir meal. Urban Counter is really great at making sandwiches! No wonder why a lot of people keep visiting and supporting them.They are really a gem and an amazing place! Their interior is very nice, they have lots of light, tables and chairs areperfectly aligned, and the vibe is retro. You can also tell that the interior was professionally done. Really impressive! Thisplace is definitely worth a try! The staff and owner were friendly, attentive, and professional. They treat the customers sowell and also they are always ready to give a hand to them. Love this place!! Have been coming here for a while now and the staff is always friendly, the food is always good, burgers and... loaded tots are delicious and the price is affordable, and you can get beer next door at their brewery or the liquor store. Read more
Pulled up at 7:00pm not a sole inside eating which made me wonder. Took a phone call for a bit and finally went in. Still nobody... else has been there. Ordered a burger medium with onion rings. Burger had raw meat in the middle. The bun wasn?t fresh, itcracked in half which made it hard to eat especially with so much mustard and ketchup the meat wanted to slide out. Onion ringsappears to be done but we?re not. Tasted uncooked batter. Drove away at 7:49 and still nobody else has been there. I wonder why? Read more
The burgers were delicious. The staff was helpful and the service was very good. Their loaded fries kept their integrity even... though they had chili, bacon, cheese and jalapeños on them. They didn't turn to mush like a lot of places. We'll be back. Read more
Hit up my girl Shakira to make your burgers! She cooks it exactly how you want it and it is absolute perfection. The food here... is beyond amazing and a great selection. I love how they use fresh in house made ingredients and premium meats. And it won'tcost you an arm and a leg. The salads are also to die for! Read more
Rolled-in for a blue cheese burger ???? and cheese curds. Burger was flavorful and fresh; cheese curds need some work [maybe... frozen curds] - not as tasty. We also tired 3 sliders, although good, the buns we're a little too charred. Service was friendly,atmosphere clean. Food prep took about 19min from order to table. Came in for lunch, first time, and the food is AMAZING. We had a burger and salad, everything in both was made to perfection.... Definitely need to swing by if you are in the area. So damn good! Read more
Went in Dec. 9th Friday around 11:30 for a delivered pick up. Employees were too lazy and incompetent to prepare/refill soft... drinks. They expected me to refill 4 of different soft drinks with hands touching hundreds of door knobs a day while they chitchatting behind counter. It?s very unsanitary and irresponsible. Restaurants are responsible for order fulfillment. It doesn?tmake sense as if any drinks go wrong, customer could get upset and ask refund from the restaurant, why would they let drivers doit? I then unassigned the delivery quest and left as it was not worth and rightful to finish their jobs for them. Never had foodhere but with the lack of caring and irresponsible attitude from employees, I highly doubt its quality is decent. One good thingwas they did greet me when came in. Read more
