Great ice cream and food. Their rewards program (Happylicious) needs work though. There are cards on every table that you can... scan with your phone to sign up. Typical rewards program; points for every purchase to be redeemed when enough points areaccumulated. The problem is though, that employees no longer ask whether or not you participate in the program when you order,and there is no way to add your points on their web site with your receipt. So what is the point in participating in theprogram let alone even having a program? UPDATE 8/28/22 We still go to Oberweis Geneva about twice a week. Still get foodsometimes, ice cream sometimes, usually both. Enjoy it very much. I'm sad to say however, that absolutely NOTHING has changedas far as the rewards program goes. In the 20 to 30 visits since my last review, we have yet to be asked if we are rewardsmembers. Not even once. I must add however, that only once in that time frame did anyone fail to pull up the screen that asksfor a tip. Let's be honest here, I realize that it is nothing short of a miracle to get young people to get a job these days,and you have to be very careful how you treat employees. And I always give a 20% tip, even though all someone does is carriesyour food or ice cream order about 30 feet to put it on your table. But it isn't the same thing as an actual server takes yourorder, brings your food, gets you drink refills etc. Their system is essentially asking you if you'd like to increase your billby 20% for no reason. It's sort of a guilt thing and you feel bad (by design) if you don't give a tip. Pretty gutsy if you askme. (I think that from now on a tip is going to be contingent on asking whether or not I'm a rewards member.) So the point isthis: there are still signs all over the place and those little message flags as well as as big stickers on all of the tablespromoting their rewards program. Went here and the place was filthy. Dirty tables. All sorts of food on the floor behind the burger pizza counter. ... Absolutely disgusting. This was on Saturday night at 9pm. Went back again this week and it is filthier than it was lastweek. Even the bathrooms are filthy. Most every table is dirty, the cooking area is filthy with all sorts of food on thefloor .. Pretty good ice cream. Nothing super special. Single scoops are incredibly small for the price. Their inside seating is closed... so you have to take it to go. Read more

Went here for ice cream with my son. He had the limited raspberry chocolate ice cream in a waffle bowl which he liked a lot. I... had the hot fudge sundae with pecans. I love the fresh real whipped cream. The ice cream here is premium with a great lusciousmouth feel. The staff were friendly and quick. Downside it is expensive but I think worth the experience.
