New to area and ordered from this location for first time. Confirmation was for 6:30pm pickup. At 6:50 had to ask staff the... status of our order. Was told they gave our pizza to another customer and they could make another but it would be ready in 25minutes. That was the best they could offer. I cancelled my order and was told it would take 5 business days to get therefund. Overall a poor customer service experience x2 since they also messed up another order. Poor training and management. I ordered for curbside a pizza yesterday. The pickup time was over 1:12 minutes later. I waiting in my car for a while. There... were at least 6 employees working inside and one customer. When no one came out I went in and waited. After a couple minutes themanager said "hello I noticed you were out there but I am trying to locate your pizza." He then went into the back and I waitedat least 10 more minutes when He came back out he had my pizza but no instructions on how to finish baking. He went back againand when he returned I said "I am glad you found the pizza" he wasn't able to find the baking instructions so he wrote them onthe box. He said "oh sorry, I had the pizza but was on the phone". I find it hard to believe that he made me wait 10 minutes anddidn't have one of the employees bring the pizza out to me. During the 10 minutes I waiting, there was only one other customerwho came in, a former employee and she was attended to immediately by another employee. Neither one asked me if I could beassisted and proceeded to talk about their lives, schooling and other employees who still worked at the Geneva location. My only issue is that they always deliver early. Today I asked for 5:20pm delivery. Arrived at 4:50pm. It will be cold by the... time my guests arrive. This has happened on numerous occasions. So beware of that. Otherwise?best pizza around! Read more

This place had been very consistent. But my last experience was terrible. We waited until 7:35 for food that was supposed to be... done by 6:50. I work in foodservice so so get that things happen. But while waiting for service, there were literally 4-5 peoplestanding behind the counter doing nothing to help customers. Read more
Ive gotten pizza from Lou Malnati's for over 40 years and not once have I had a bad meal. Yep not once. On 7/17 I sent like my... 200th person to Lou in Oak Park and the family (Co-worker from Texas) did not have a good experience but when "Chris" found outhe offered a great caring solution. Thanks Chris. So, naturally I had to check out my own recommendation to be sure their notslacking but I checked out the one in Geneva (the Chicago special) and they knocked it out of the park.????????????. I ordered two pizzas and pasta for pickup. I arrived five minutes after my scheduled pickup time and my pizzas were ready, but... they forgot my pasta. I was told it would be five minutes, but waited over ten minutes for the pasta while my pizzas got cold.After getting the pasta I was not offered any kind of discount or compensation for having to wait extra for pasta that wasforgotten.
