I?ve been coming to this Dunkin the past 7 years and over the past 3 it has declined rapidly. Every iced coffee I get now is... made incorrectly and tastes horrible. Not to mention it takes them so much longer than other Dunkin?s. I genuinely would notrecommend wasting your money at this Dunkin. Go anywhere else. Read more
They handed me a coffee in the drive through and the lid wasn't on fully. When it was passed to me the scalding coffee poured... down my hand and burned it badly. Seriously snap the covers down. Read more
Ordered dark roast, got to the window and noted dark roast was not checked on the side of my coffee cup, asked the guy at the... window about it, he assured me that it was dark roast, got to work and took my first sip . . . not dark roast. Next time,person at the window got indignant when I insisted on making sure it was dark roast (wasn't marked dark roast). Otheroccasions, ordered muffins, got to window, was told they didn't have the variety I ordered, changed to bagel, had to pull aheadand wait -- would have been nice if they hadn't taken an order for something they didn't have so I could change my orderimmediately while I waited in line before getting to the window. BE ADVISED: if you order oatmeal and hope to eat it, youbetter have a source of hot water available, as they just give you a cup of dried instant oatmeal like you'd buy at thesupermarket. Was very disappointed when I went to eat my oatmeal in my car. So, decided to give this place another chanceafter a long hiatus. Oops. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese; they are very stingy with the cream cheese (compared to otherDunkins I've gone to within the last few months). UPDATE: This one's gotten a lot better. Every time I go my coffee is made differently... I ordered a large hot Chai latte for $4.25. Got 3 inches of foam. And I think they forgot to add the milk. Tried to call but... number isn?t set up for voice mail and no one answered. Never again! Read more
Employees are trashy, coffee was room temperature even though I asked them to make sure it was hot as the past two days it was... not hot. I will not be visiting this location any longer Read more
