Food is classic Culver's. They forgot my horseradish sauce, and the way the drive through is set up, you have to walk into the... store if they forget anything--even if you check it right there, because after they hand you your order, they walk away. I had their 3 Piece Fish Dinner. It was FANTASTIC. The Mash Potatoes and Cole Slaw went GREAT with it. There was also a... Flavorful Roll and Butter, Tangy Tartar Sauce and a Wedge of Lemon to complete the meal. I am planning on getting it againbecause of the smiles on the faces of the people who served it to me. I went through the drive thru during my 30 minute lunch break from work and all I ordered was a double cheeseburger only... ketchup. After paying at the window they asked me to pull up to a waiting spot where i proceeded to wait for 10-15 minute forJUST a burger. That?s half my break wasted. And once they did bring my burger out, it wasn?t even hot it was almost cold fromprobably sitting there and to top it off they didn?t put ANY ketchup on it just cheese.I realized this after I drove off and itwas very inconvenient to have to drive all the way back. It makes no sense to park someone for one item and wait that long andstill get their order wrong. why call it a fast food restaurant then? Read more
