Get the fried cheese curds! Crunchy on the outside and creamy cheese on the inside with ranch and/or marinara dip. Whatever... sandwich you get be sure to get the half onion rings and fries. You'll thank me later. I also get a little side of their yummycoleslaw. My go to burger here is the bison! Get it topped however you like and you won't be sorry. I have to go back to getpictures! Stopped here on a whim after a long day of back to school shopping at the Aurora Outlet Mall. We were seated quickly and had a... party of 7 (came at 4:30 on a Saturday). The service was quick and we had drinks on our table within minutes of beingseated. Menu selection was perfect for any appetite. We had the Buffalo Wings, Wisconsin Cheddar Curds and Spinach & ArtichokeDip for appetizers. All were good, but the wings and cheddar curds were the favorites. Almost everyone ordered Country Burgersor Top Drawer Burgers with 1/2 steak fries 1/2 onion rings for the sides. The kids got spaghetti or mac and cheese. The food wasphenomenal. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive - I feel like drink refills are hard to come by once the food order is inat most restaurants these days since COVID, but our waitress was just as present at the beginning of our visit til theend. We splurged.. we had to let our dog cross the rainbow bridge, and this was the perfect place to help with the grief.. Our... daughter got the Top drawer burger, hubby and I got the pretze crusted Walleye, we also had the artichoke dip, each had a cup ofsoup..Chilli, clam chowder. Sit pea with ham..all are homemade from recipes of 45 yrs. We all split crème brûléé and abrownie delight for desert.. this place is wonderful, we sat outside overlooking the pond with the weathered man fishin on hisraft. Dragon flies, and bullfrog s.. Really good food, friendly and fast service, small wait to get in but worth it. A family runs the business and you can tell... they care about the food and service. Atmosphere is a little dated, but appropriate for the area. Kinda suprised they haven'tupdated the waiting area - it's like an old storefront with a antique glass case used for storage of stuff they haven't used inforever based on the dust inside. But everything else is very clean. An updated waiting / hostess area would do a lot for thefirst impression. But the food and service was impeccable. Read more

Walked from our hotel, we were fortunate that the locals wanted to sit inside. We sat outside and got personal service... immediately, told us weather today was the best in had been in awhile. Shimp and sandwiches had good flavor and best part priceswere very good. Read more
