Beautiful restaurant with outside seating available overlooking the river. Food was delicious for Sunday Brunch, and the servers... were there checking and refilling drinks fast. We had a delicious cheese board to share first, white fish, bagel with salmon,and a petite filet. All was perfectly cooked, right temperatures, a very good brunch. The Hotel itself is very beautiful withstoned walls and a beautiful main staircase. The Restaurant is very elegant with nice tables, solid carved wood chairs withEnglish gobelinos, beautiful artwork on the wall, and top to ceiling glass windows with the river view. Had an amazing night with my partner, our server was learning and did an excellent job with taking care of us. We came in at a... busy time and stayed past closing, we got a bottle of wine and the service was great! Menu wasn’t super large, but offeredenough that we found something to fit us. Wonderful! Atwater at the Herrington was the ideal spot for a date night celebration dinner for two. We had an excellent view of... the courtyard and river. Great wine selection, attentive service, melt in your mouth - top notch cuisine. They also took myspecial dietary needs seriously and made certain I kept clear of any issues. We'll be back. Today was my first visit to Atwater's. I wish I had known about this cozy environment sooner! We sat outside in the courtyard... with a beautiful view of the river, enjoyed a few glasses of wine and ate lunch. The menu didn't have any vegan options so Iasked the waiter to tell the chef to surprise me and I was very pleased with what they brought out! The chef made a rice dishwith a variety of sautéed/roasted vegetables and a balsamic glaze. It was delicious and the portion was just right. Thank youAtwater's for a great first time experience and special thanks to the chef for being so accommodating! The waitstaff (Jay &Stephanie) were friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back!
