UPDATE: Owner contacted me and assured me that they will deal with the issue of being closed early. I will be going back and... will report when I do. Decided to try this place because I am on a no sugar and no grain diet. Checked Google and the websiteand saw they were open until 7. So my wife and I raced to get there since it was 6:15. Got there at 6:30. Surely enough time toget some food. The door said 11-8 so we were like "great"! But the doors were locked. When we attempted to enter all doors werelocked. An employee came out and said " we close the kitchen at 6". WHAT?! Don't post you are open until 7 if you close thekitchen at 6. If we had even gotten in the location, what would we have eaten? Maybe a can of soda or something. What adisappointment especially on our first time. The one star is strictly for the annoyance of their hours. If we go back, andthat's a big if, I may amend my review. But until then, make sure you get there before 6. Read more
Fantastic place! Christian owned and Christian music playing which I love. Great high quality food that is tasty, low carb,... sugar free, wheat and soy free. Great customer service too! Very attentive and friendly service. They make you feel right athome. My favorite deserts so far ate the pb cookies, carrot cake, and key lime pie. Read more
We really enjoyed our visit to AJ Sliders in St Charles last weekend. The owner Lance was very personable and happy to share... information about the food he serves. He also informed us he has a location in S Elgin which we plan to visit due toproximity. This place is a true outlier in the restaurant industry with 100% keto, soy free, and gluten free menu, withcarefully selected ingredients. The Rutabega fries are DaBomb.com. The sliders are small but delicious and filling. We had thecorned beef and a cheeseburger. The buns were so good that we took some home. We also tried the Key Lime pie and carrot cake.Both were very good, but the Key Lime was my favorite. I hope this place really takes off and we see more establishments thatbetter cater toward dietary restrictions opening soon. Great job Lance and team. Read more

We've been keto for years, and it's so nice to find a restaurant that makes the food we eat. The rutabega fries were fantastic!... Honestly they tasted like sweet potato fries (but no blood sugar spike). The meal deal was the perfect size for dinner and veryreasonably priced. Thanks for doing what you do! We will be back! Wonderful dining experience! On keto we always have to adapt our fast food and restaurant options, but the food here was... excellent and the service friendly; the food is all low-carb and all without compromising on any taste, and great group deals;all extremely affordable! Great food and love the fact that its diet friendly . Sliders were great ordered a honey mustard chicken slider and ham and... cheese slider. Which where both great. My only gripe is the price per slider. Wich I think is a dollar more than they should be. 2 sliders costing me $10. I will be going back though . Read more
I'm happy they finally changed the name to KETO. Had I known I would not have spent the fortune that I did. The meat is not... cook to order. We ordered one of everything and it was like eating a hockey puck. The filet was show leather, no cheese, justawful and not as described on the menu. I watched the sandwiches being made and saw the already cooked patties going in awarmer for WAY too long, especially for filet. We will not be going back. Read more
