Service sucks as well as food....needs new management and staff that is willing to get things together
Went in and stood at the counter to order. Employee that was sweeping walked around to take my order but never spoke a word to... me. He was talking to his buddy that was in line behind me. I ordered paid he slammed my cup on the counter and went in thekitchen area and brought a bag out and threw itvon the counter and went back to talking to his buddies. Very very unfriendlystaff. I was at McDonald's around 2 or 3 p.m. maybe. Tuesday the 2nd of this month. I had a cashier female Jayden I believe. If that... is her name. Being repermanded in front of me for being on her phone. While me and my wife were standing in front of her. Sherolled her eyes at management and sarcastically asked what we wanted to order. I just stood there. Finally someone else with amuch better attitude come up there. Didn't catch his name. I have been in restaurants where there were only two people runningthe place and got better service. I waited a little while but that burger was amazing. Likewise they got an amazing review. Ibelieve when you repermanded someone it should be private. Never in front of customers. I don't see how the young lady inquestion even got a job there. She clearly wanted to be somewhere else. Three stars was me being nice. At least she wasrepermanded period. McDonald?s in Geneva Al is the worst!!! I hate this place me and family went in Tonight to have dinner I ordered a double filet... O fish with extra tarter the first time it wasn?t made cortex so I asked them to remake and this is what they gave me justabsolutely rediculous!!! Then I could the worker in the back ground complaining and remaking my sandwich and I told the managerall he said was ok alright so that let me know he didn?t address the problem but tonight will the last night that I?ll bepatronizing with them!! And I?m surely going to make sure that I let my family and friends know what Kind of service they offeryou when asked to remake a sandwich!!! Read more
I ordered and had it delivered via Door Dash. We called and spoke to the manager on duty at the time to see if the cookie tub we... were ordering could be cooked fresh. When they arrived, the chocolate chip cookies were very warm and gooey. The service wasquick, and everything was correct and securely bagged. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered two happy meals but I didn't want a drink with them. The girl put it... in as two nuggets and two fries which is not what I asked for. Bless her heart.. it just wouldn't register in her mind how Icould want two happy meals with no drinks. She was very rude and does not need to be working in customer service. Read more
I ordered my meal with a large drink and chose to have half water and half sweet tea. I am 8.5 months pregnant and cannot have... caffeine with out having heart palpitations. When I drove up the the pick up window, 4 out of the 5 people working in that areawere chatting about how disgusted they were about my drink order. Two seemed to be managers or maybe supervisors. I could see agirl wearing a grey collared shirt make a disgusted look on her face. Why does my drink of choice matter? Why? Sure, my drinkdoesn't sound tasty but altering it is my ONLY option. I'd love to be able to drink it normal. I told them I could hear them alland the girl with the collared shirt lied to me and said they were talking about someone's grandma. She walked away with outgiving me an apology. Very unprofessional, especially for someone who needs to be leading by example.
