We enjoyed our meal here as visitors from out of town. It wasn't the most amazing BBQ joint I've personally been to, but it's... hard to find good BBQ if you're not in the south! Probably the most affordable kids menu I've seen in a while with goodportions. My pulled pork sandwich was good, and everyone in my family left satisfied. The servers were helpful, kind, andpatient. Some good things...others not so good. The pulled pork sandwich was meat pulled from the bottom of the roaster. Cold! ... Ordered fries with another sandwich but was served chips. 2 sandwiches brought out together 3rd took about 7 min to get. Thebrisket had no flavor. The buns/ bread was fresh tho! Read more
We had the tots poutine?this was so delicious! The amount of brisket on it was very generous for an appetizer. The entree was a... two meat combo and this was so delicious too. Brisket and pulled chicken. The jalapeño cornbread isn?t too spicy and was sogood too. This place is hands down a phenomenal smokehouse. Read more
The pulled pork mac n cheese, with the bbq on the top, was my favorite! I really didn't care for that kind of lettuce in the... slaw, but the sandwich was still good. The bbq sauce was very tasty, I put it over my fries too. :) Read more
On a busy weekend, we managed to get in and out in a decent time. The food & service was solid. The brisket I had was excellent... but oddly enough our food came out at totally different times. The kids liked their Tacos all the same though. The bonus, it isright off from the highway so the location is an easy-on / easy-off while road tripping it through MI. You are only 30 to 40 minfrom the bridge too. Cold beer & smoked meat, its hard to go wrong there. We will definitely be back. Read more
Best BBQ in Gaylord, if not the entire LP. Shrimp tacos were delectable with fresh flour tortillas (but apparently you can... order with corn, too!) and he had the brisket sandwich. My bloody Mary flight was fun and super good. Bartender was awesome. Read more
Absolutely delicious. Got the steakhouse bagel with brisket. Blown away. Biscuits and gravy were good. The brisket hash was... excellent as well. Definitely worth a stop! Read more
Underwhelming. IPA beer was decent. The server recommended the brisket? the pictures are what was put on my table. It took... everything to finish my food, and since they wouldn?t turn on any sports (TVs were on HGTV and some obstacle course show) Ididn?t have much reason to hang around or come back during my stay in town during the week.
