Service was ok, but they messed up our order; we got english muffins on our sandwiches instead of Homestyle Biscuit and the hash... browns were extremely burned and hard. Please check the quality and the accuracy of orders before handing out to customers. Read more
It's not just this location, but I would say that 5 out 10 times they get the coffee wrong. You go through the drive through... and it's too hot to drink. You finally get to taste it and the double double You ordered has no sugar in it....but maybe theydidn't stir it because that's a thing also so you find a pen in the glove and give it a go but no luck there either. I justwant them to get it right. I'll give up the 30 seconds in the drive through of super fast service for the right order. Read more

We go here frequently and I believe they have the best tim hours in the neighborhood the only thing is that they seem to run out... of variety stock early and they don?t care much to do anything about that, I read lots of comments on them making mistakes whichis very common in tim horton especially drive theough but they do their best to fix it when we are lucky to notice the errorbefore we get home Read more
I can say that atleast our last five orders had mistakes in them. missing items, wrong food, wrong ingredients. This place is a... complete joke. This morning again, ordered and asked for a tim matin with the sausage in it and they put bacon in it instead,there was no rush whatsoever so its hard to understand how they made a mistake again.on top of that, the hashbrowns tasted likethey had been cooked yesterday or something , they weren't fresh. we always have to drive back to get our food right, or wejust let it slip and hope next time they will get it right but it literally seems impossible to get what you ask for at thislocation. we leave nearby, and unfortunately we are not even going to try to go again at this point, this is ridiculous, paying for the wrong food all the time. Usually pretty good, wraps are excellent and their coffee is consistent. Some workers are a bit slow but that could be due to... training. They treat regulars nicely and it makes me want to go back for a coffee later in the day. Read more
