6 or 7 people behind the counter all trying to avoid eye contact. They should be embarrassed. I think mabey they should start... fresh with a new crew. Edit: I've been back 4 times this week, all times the service has been perfect, all were patient with meordering in French, and one gave me a tip on pronunciation which was well appreciated.
